All orders will be shipped out to you shortly after payment has been verified. All final shipping prices will be given to you upon checkout. If there are any problems with your order, you can email us at EbingersPlace@gmail.com. If there are any problems with your order, we reserve the right to cancel any order, and give back all money resulting from that particular order. If an item is out of stock, we will either send you notice, and give you a full refund for that item or we will give you a future date that we expect the item to be in stock.

Returns
- We can only accept returns within seven days of receiving the product. - Items that are returned for size exchange will be credited back through the same method that was used for payment. Customer must place a new order for the correct size. - If item is being returned because it's damaged or defective, we will credit your return shipping after we receive and inspect the item.
If you need to return a product, please email us at EbingersPlace@gmail.com to request an RMA number. We will not accept a return unless you request an RMA number. Take your RMA number we send you, put it on the outside of the package, and send the product to:

When sending back to us, we recommend using a parcel service that offers tracking service and proof of delivery (UPS, FedEx or USPS mail with Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost, misdirected or damaged during shipment back to us. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse in original unused condition.
We're Buying EBINGERS PLACE is constantly looking to purchase hockey pucks. We are interested in purchasing single items or entire collections. Contact us at EbingersPlace@gmail.com and send us a description of the puck; for example; the manufacturer, color, logos, condition. Please note, we do not purchase autographed pucks from the public. We only purchase them from the top three NHL partner memorabilia suppliers.
